I’ve been going to OC nails for 5+ years. My manicure tech is Mandy and I see her every 3 weeks. She is the best! She knows my nails and my preferred style very well. My nails are never bumpy, filed uneven or too pointy ;) I don’t have to watch her or ask her to fix anything during my manicure. She respects when I want to talk and respect when I want to stay quiet. She is apologetic if she is late to the appt (max I’ve ever waited is 20 mins) and doesn’t rush! Highly recommend her services. Although I didn’t provide photos of my pedicure, Karla has taken over and has done an incredible job every single time! She also knows my nails and is very informative. I also don’t have to watch her or ask her to fix anything during my pedicure. She takes her time, and is soft handed but does an incredible job cutting, filing and cleaning the surrounding nail bed. She does not dig into your skin and knows how to cut your nails to prevent ingrown toenails. 5/5 for both of them!
